The work:
Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed process requirements and use cases.
Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection mechanisms to help refine processes over time.
Act as a subject matter expert, contributing to key decisions and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive documentation to support process improvements and ensure clarity.
Provide training and support to team members to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
Leverage your expertise in SAP S/4HANA PMMO and SAP S/4HANA Project Systems to deliver high-quality solutions.
Design and implement GPD (Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution) / PMMO solutions for complex manufacturing processes that are highly regulated due to FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
Collaborate with stakeholders to design grouping strategies as part of the GPD/PMMO solution for an Aerospace and Defense company.
Ensure the GPD/PMMO function automates inventory processes where parts and their associated costs move between contracts.
Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive key decisions.
Knowledge of SAP for Aerospace & Defense is advantageous.
This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office. May consider qualified candidates in Houston, TX.
