What We’re Looking For:
As a General Supervisor for Kohler Co., you will be a
leader of leaders, directly overseeing first-line supervisors within a specific
functional area at our Sheridan campus.  We have General Supervisor openings in our assembly and warehousing
operations.  In this role, you will
leverage your leadership to build a culture of safety and quality, while
driving productivity to achieve department targets.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in safety initiatives such as wall-to-wall inspections, support program management/updates, incident investigations, safety training and accident prevention, day to day safety and new equipment process approval, Kaizen events, safety teams, allocate funds for safety equipment and initiatives, and return to work program Ensure
thorough review of safety and incident reports, inspection reports and
visual observation, that safety requirements are being met. Determine
weekly labor needs by reviewing workload requirements and initiate
appropriate action. Coordinate efforts with Supervisors through daily and weekly productivity and production reports to ensure maximum efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards. Investigate associate concerns and determine actions for resolutionRole
