Core Responsibilities:

The
Recondo Claims Clearinghouse Coordinator
is responsible for managing and optimizing the electronic claims submission and remittance processes utilizing the Recondo Technology platform. This role ensures efficient claims flow, minimizes denials, and maximizes revenue realization by serving as the primary point of contact for Recondo system operations and related clearinghouse functions.
Manage and maintain the Recondo Technology platform for claims submission, status tracking, and remittance advice processing.
Monitor daily claims transmissions to clearinghouses and payers, identifying and resolving any rejections or errors within Recondo or associated systems.
Work closely with billing, coding, and patient accounts departments to address claims issues, denials, and rejections identified through Recondo.
Configure and update payer rules, enrollment information, and EDI settings within Recondo to ensure accurate and compliant claims processing.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Recondo functionality, providing training and support to end-users as needed.
Analyze claims data and reports generated from Recondo to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential revenue cycle enhancements.
Liaise with Recondo Technology support and clearinghouse representatives to troubleshoot technical issues and implement system updates.
Assist in the testing and implementation of new Recondo features or integrations with other revenue cycle systems.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, related to electronic claims processing.

Role requires flexibility to be onsite as required by client and participation in a regular on-call rotation (nights and weekends)
