Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CBORD food service management system, including database integrity, user access, and system configurations.
Provide technical support and training to dietary staff on the effective use of CBORD applications.
Collaborate with clinical dietitians, food service managers, and IT to optimize system functionality for patient/resident nutritional needs, allergies, and dietary restrictions.
Generate reports and analyze data from CBORD for operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance.
Troubleshoot system issues and work with vendors (e.g., CBORD support) for resolution.
Stay informed about updates and new features within CBORD and other relevant dietary software.
Assist with inventory management and purchasing functions within the system. workflows, and procedures.
Oversee menu management within CBORD, including recipe entry, nutritional analysis, and cycle menu planning.
On-call rotations will be likely during evenings and weekend. Must be flexible to travel onsite to client site up to 10%.
