Job Description:

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Waterfront Logistics Division within the Modernization & Installation Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing Integrated Product Support functions to provide quality assurance and guidance of products or programs in support of combat and weapon systems. You will serve as a Waterfront Logistics Division Supportability Integrator.
You will oversee all division product support activities and ensure the technical quality of the division's products and processes.
You will provide policy interpretation, technical guidance, and quality assessment assurance for products and services across division/department/command programs.
You will prepare technical papers and/or lead investigations to address deficiencies in operational supportability areas.
You will develop metrics, measure key performance indicators, and lead/participate in senior level working groups and projects.
You will use expertise in the development and delivery of current and future combat and weapon systems to manage and execute Integrated Product Support (IPS) processes, policies, and procedures.
You will ensure improvement and sustainability of assigned programs/projects, as well as evaluate and implement elements necessary for suitable and cost-effective operations.
You will guide developmental rotations in the division and ensure programmatic objectives are met.
You will serve as the Competency Champion for Waterfront Logistics and the Logistics Representatives and be responsible for the necessary technical rigor and associated capability and capacity tools required to effectively execute the competencies.
