A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify for the GS15 grade level, specialized experience must be at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-ingrade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after- competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Assists with the development and management of complex strategic planning, and leading and conducting the collaboration efforts to ensure the effective implementation of data and analytics statutory and regulatory requirements Responsible for ensuring data and analytics program operations are aligned to support the company's strategic business needs. Responsible for the oversight and management of the overall programs, including data management, data protection and storage, data standards, predictive analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data science Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Serves as the Supervisor of the Office of the Chief Digital Artificial Intelligence Officer (OCDAO).
Responsible for the oversight and direction of a team comprised of senior strategic analysts.
Serves as the Deputy to the J6D Director / Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAO).
Responsible for ensuring DLA's data, analytics, and AI program operations are aligned to support the Agency's strategic business needs.
Responsible for maintaining close regular contact with J6 counterparts and other comparable positions within the DLA HQ Staff
Ensures DLA policies, standards, and procedural guidance developed by the CDAO are disseminated throughout the enterprise in alignment with the digital business transformation goals as outlined by the CDAO.
