Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain designated modules within the Infor Lawson ERP system (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM, Payroll).
Collaborate with various business departments (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.) to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into system solutions.
Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Lawson users.
Manage system security, user access, and role configurations within Lawson.
Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of Lawson system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials.
Create and modify reports using Lawson reporting tools (e.g., LBI, Crystal Reports, SSRS) to meet business intelligence needs.
Facilitate data integrity and data clean-up initiatives within the Lawson environment.
Liaise with Infor support and third-party vendors for complex technical issues and system enhancements.
Conduct training sessions for new and existing users to ensure effective utilization of the Lawson system.
On-call rotations will be likely during evenings and weekend. Must be flexible to travel onsite to client site up to 10%.
