Key Responsibilities:
Manage the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of the Varian ARIA Oncology Information System.
Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, physicists, dosimetrists, therapists, and other clinical staff to understand workflow requirements and optimize ARIA functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ARIA, including patient scheduling, treatment delivery documentation, charge capture, and reporting.
Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users on various ARIA modules and features.
Assist in the development and maintenance of clinical protocols and documentation within ARIA to ensure compliance and best practices.
Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new ARIA modules or features.
Ensure data integrity and security within the ARIA system, adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Liaise with Varian Medical Systems support and other vendors for complex issue resolution and system enhancements.
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to represent the technical aspects of the ARIA system and contribute to workflow improvements.
On-call rotations will be likely during evenings and weekend. Must be flexible to travel onsite to client site up to 10%.
