You will serve as an ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the TEST RESOURCES PLANNING & COORD DIVISION within the TEST AND EVALUATION DEPARTMENT of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying a wide range of technical engineering practices to coordinate or conduct undersea system test and evaluation events. You will serve as a Project Lead and Trusted Agent providing expertise in the areas of program support, test planning, test execution, analysis and reporting.
You will be responsible for cost, schedule, and quality of assigned projects and will submit project reports as required.
You will aid the sponsor in coordinating test assets, data collection and provide on-site support during test events as tasked by the sponsoring activity.
You will be responsible for ensuring adequate analysis is conducted on data collected during execution of test events and communicate issues discovered during analysis to the sponsoring activity.
You will establish and maintain processes for tracking cost, schedule, and performance data including earned value management.
