About the Position: This position functions as the first layer of defense in a security-in-depth concept to deter, detect, delay, assess, respond, and document unauthorized access to Army installations restricted to the general public. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Plan the activities of security guards to meet organizational objectives, priorities, and deadlines; Develop training courses based on regulatory requirements or employee needs; Create, review, or consolidate written reports of shift activities; and Prepare a variety of electronic forms, reports, or internal correspondence.
Supervisor and Manage Security Guard Operations.
