Competitive Compensation: Starting at $19.29 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts.

We are looking for a Material Preparation Operator in our Plastics Department. This position will be based at our Brownwood, TX location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Mix various raw materials from resin mixes according to specific guidelines and standard operating instructions.
Selects, cuts, and organizes acrylic sheet stock utilizing daily production schedule and according to specific guidelines and standard operating instructions.
Operates PIV according to specific guidelines.
Distributes raw materials, supplies, or component parts to appropriate production areas. Assemble kits for production floor.
Maintains work area in a safe, clean and organized condition.
Maintains accurate accountability of raw materials and production supplies.
Operates powered hand tools and specialized manufacturing equipment safely and according to standard operating instructions.
Performs all duties as assigned by supervision.

Key Qualifications
Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
Must be able to read, interpret and apply specific work instructions to a high degree of accuracy and completeness.
Must possess good attention to detail and judgment when making operational decisions.
Effective at time management and prioritizing work requirements.
Coordinates individual activities with production needs according to a predetermined schedule and event timing.
Must be able to safely operate PIV. Must obtain driver’s license through driver training as required.
Must be able to work independently.
