Job Description:

You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Airborne Electronics Attack Systems Division (WXS), Division Operations Branch (WXSL) or Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Systems Division (WXQ), Division Operations Branch (WXQL) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. ***Open to applicants at Current ORG WX (includes divisions, branches, and sections.)
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing surveys, assessments, or metric reports to identify and resolve deficiencies with product, quality, or performance for improved processes related to weapon systems programs. You will serve as Airborne Electronic Attack Systems or Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Systems Division Lead Quality Focal Point that will be responsible for all quality aspects within the Division.
You will review monthly metrics, represent division at monthly department quality meeting, schedule and facilitate Management Reviews, quarterly inspections and all internal and external ISO Audits.
You will oversee completion of all Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR) and Out of Tolerance Notices.
You will work closely with all branch managers to insure processes are being documented, followed and reviewed as required and Crane Action Management System (CAMS) tickets are closed in a timely manner due to corrective action with positive results.
