Work experience or education directly related to the duties to he performed. Knowledge of commercial sponsorship practices. Knowledge of advertising theory. Ability to establish a professional rapport with activity managers and sponsor representatives of varying management levels.
Tracks community wide annual events for which to seek commercial sponsorship. Attends events, serves as point of contact for sponsors, coordinates sponsor placement and ensures client satisfaction. Compiles and provides After Action Reports.
Develops solicitation packets and proposals. Maintain a database of active accounts and revenue forecasts, billing and tracking of invoices and payment processing. Provides client-need based account management to maximize results and revenue growth.
Negotiates mutually beneficial sponsorship terms and executes all supporting documents. Coordinates with the Staff Judge Advocate to ensure terms of sponsorship/advertising are in accordance with all DA, IMCOM and local regulations and policies.
Writes and presents General Officer level briefings to command and management.
Performs other duties as assigned, examples like the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, social media/web content management, event photography, placement of signage and operating various vehicles throughout the installation.
