We are currently looking for a Marketing Operations
Delivery Lead,
to
lead end-to-end delivery
for a new exciting client for our Production Studio business.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Delivery Lead, you will lead delivery for this client contract, , meeting or exceeding operational, contractual and economic commitments. You will build trusted client relationships, working to translate client values/priorities into delivery outcomes. You will lead and develop high performing teams that drive quality delivery and client success. Additionally, but not limited to, you will:
Exemplify Accenture’s core values through client engagement and internal leadership within the project team and the practice
Evaluate and streamline business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the team and with the client
Collaborate across global Accenture and/or client teams and serve as Key Contact for delivery
Participate in strategic planning meetings with the client and manages client expectations in terms of support and delivery
Participate in client stakeholder meetings including governance of financials, operations, and demand management/forecasting
Manage all financials including capturing additional sales opportunities, forecasting, and invoicing
Drive operational reporting and KPIs as it relates to the Marketing Services practice and collaborate with other Delivery Leads to share best practices and efficiencies
Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of all contracted services and meeting all service level agreements
Recognize opportunities for expansion of existing services and/or potential for new services, leveraging SMEs across the organization to aide in sales opportunities
