Job Description:
You will serve as a LEAD FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Business & Financial Management Community Program & Business Analysis Dept. Program Analysis & Support Div of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: specialized experience: Making determinations and perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget and financial administration and verify product quality using sampling inspection when appropriate based on pertinent quality history. Serving as subject matter expert for all areas of Business Financial management, including formulating budgets, support plans and estimates based on the assigned customers financial requirements. Monitor and report financial execution status to stakeholders, as well as presenting the information providing detailed analysis where variance from plan is identified. Assisting program managers with defending allocated resources, program support experience, project execution, as well as a strong N-ERP background and working knowledge of external supporting financial systems. Coordinating team initiatives and consensus among team members; maintaining reference materials, files and current knowledge sufficient to answer questions from team members.
