Job Description:

You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:I have at least one year of specialized Financial Management Analyst experience equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service analyzing and reporting on financial data, participating in Navy ERP Sustainment initiatives, conducting root cause analysis, and assessing impact of business processes and policy changes. Specific work experience must demonstrate the following duties: 1) Collecting and mining logistical and financial data; 2) Evaluating operational, financial, and automated system deficiencies/problems to provide corrective action; 3) Performing problem definition, analysis, and recommendations; 4) Quantifying volume and dollar impact of policy changes; 5) Interpreting/documenting/implementing financial processes; and 6) Providing project management skills to perform review of Navy ERP financial/supply data. You will manage, allocate and monitor financial resources in compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, with sufficient transparency and appropriate internal controls.
You will to ensure resources are efficiently applied to meet organizational goals and objectives, while considering the Federal Government's fiduciary duty to the Nation.
You will apply fiscal law, policies, regulations, principles, standards, and procedures to financial management activities.
You will utilize integrated federal financial management systems and sub-systems to extract data, identify and resolve system problems, and maintain data integrity.
