Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the OFFICE DEPUTY ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF NAVY (ODASN) MANPOWER, ANALYTICS, AND HR SYSTEMS (MAHRS) WASHINGTON DC.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: -Experience reviewing and analyzing a wide range of human capital programs and policies using quantitative and qualitative analytic methods. -Experience preparing and presenting briefings on agency wide issues to include recommendations for resolution. -Experience overseeing project timelines to ensure barriers are removed and to support product development using the Agile process. -Experience reviewing recruitment processes for impact on hiring metrics. -Experience developing and leading high performing teams. You will provide data analytics advice to senior leadership inside and outside the DON. Builds strong relationships with clients to define and understand key business objectives.
You will Initiate, plan, conduct, and participate in projects and studies, which encompass the entire range of programs or functions.
You will review recruitment processes for impact on hiring and recruitment metrics.
You will advise leadership on the communication and presentation of data concerning attrition, engagement, production, and recruitment timeliness of the total force.
You will develop and review plans, methods, procedures, and techniques for collecting, compiling, and presenting statistical data.
You will serve as advocate for data-driven decision-making and provides leadership with detailed analysis and recommendations for digital solutions.
