Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-11 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector; ensuring effective and efficient application of Aviation Depot Level Repairable requirements and funding to ensure cost effective material availability and to maximize readiness. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Experience with Organic or Depot Maintenance Inter-Service Agreements (DMISA) repair; 2) Monitoring repair induction plans that identify actions and responsibilities for schedules that must be met to ensure proper support for on time delivery; 3) Developing/maintaining contact with management officials of organic, interservice, DMISA or coml. depots to facilitate smooth execution of repair programs and removal of barriers for on time production; and 4) Evaluating process times for maintenance and supply actions including shipment, receipt, repair scheduling, induction and production to minimize cycle time. You will have knowledge of the supply system regulations, processes, and procedures as they pertain to the planning, execution, and monitoring of organic repair requirements.
You will have knowledge of ERP’s Master Repairable Item List (MRIL) database and electronic Retrograde Management System (e-RMS) as they relate to the movement and transportation of carcasses.
You will have knowledge of Commercial Asset Visibility-Organic Repairables Module (CAV-ORM) and Commercial Asset Visibility II (CAVWEB) to track and monitor repair material transactional data.
You will have knowledge of Inventory at Risk Alert System (IRAS)/Organic STO logic and application which provides daily carcass movement recommendations to Supply Planners for funded repair schedules.
