Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with the Adaptive Acquisition Framework, Software Acquisition Program of Record in the context of sustaining and phasing out legacy DCGS-N Increment I baselines while introducing a modernized IST&T solution that takes advantage of high end compute and storage; DevSecOps; and streamlined cyber, installation, and sustainment processes. Driving DCGS-N program strategy within PMW 120 horizontal integration efforts; building stakeholder advocacy internal and external to Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence (PEO C4I); and shepherding a large team through organizational and technical transformation are key focus areas for this APM. You will serve as the DCGS-N APM in support of the PMW 120 Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations division within PEO C4I.
You will be responsible for driving the DCGS-N program strategy within PMW 120 horizontal integration efforts and for building stakeholder advocacy internal and external to PEO C4I.
You will be responsible for the Adaptive Acquisition Framework, Software Acquisition Program of Record in the context of sustaining and phasing out legacy DCGS-N Increment I baselines.
You will introduce a modernized IST/T solution that takes advantage of high-end compute and storage, to include DevSecOps and streamlined cyber, installation, and sustainment processes.
You will be responsible for managing cost, schedule and performance for a designated complex major program of significant scope and tasked with managing a portfolio of relation acquisition efforts.
You will apply risk management tools and techniques to manage cost, schedule and performance for assigned program(s), evaluate performance outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
You will effectively lead, integrate and coordinate disparate functional groups and develop a cohesive team capable of successfully handling complex problems encountered, and continually monitor program execution.
You will ensure compliance with Department of Defense and Department of Navy directives, PEO policy and other relevant guidance and coordinate preparation of program acquisition/integration documentation.
You will effectively communicate program information across the PEO and other relevant organizations to facilitate leveraging opportunities.
You will lead coordination across industry and Department of Defense activities, Program Management Offices, to ensure program acquisition strategy meet user capability requirements and are executable with acceptable risk.
