Job Description The Salumi and Formaggi (SAFO) Manager oversees the day to day operations of the SAFO department. The SAFO Manager ensures quality control through production and ensures the team is fully versed and knowledgeable about Italian cuisine, meats and cheeses to provide product recommendations.
