About the Position: This is a Realty Specialist position with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth Real Estate Division, Interagency Support Branch, with a duty station location at Fort Worth, Texas.

Specialized Experience: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service, 1) Managing the execution of Real Estate projects; 2) Developing projects budgets, milestones, timelines, cooperative agreements and other planning reports; AND 3) Modifying major provisions of long-term contracts, and/or negotiating the execution of significant real estate contract changes. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Project Management Real Estate Requirements Analysis Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
Direct, advises clients, team members on the acquisition of major project lands, easements, real property.
Serve as Real Estate Project Manager, responsible for management, control, development, coordination and execution of the assigned projects
Prepare acquisition of project documents to include deeds, easements, application of estates, permits and leases.
Advise property owners, tenants, or other affected parties concerning their entitlements as a result of being relocated which may be complicated by a lack of replacement properties.
Assist other realty specialists to handle unique situations and/or resolve complex situations.
