The Role:

We are hiring an Account Supervisor
who will
represent
the agency by working with our clients to manage projects fluidly

What You Will Do:

 

The Account Supervisor serves as the day-to-day internal leader of a brand, building and
maintaining
positive client relationships with a focus on achieving their
goals
 

Maintain contact with clients to ensure a strong understanding of their needs and effectively communicating that to the internal team, staying on top of business opportunities and/or significant changes in the client’s business structure or
needs
 

Take the lead role in
identifying
and communicating agency recommendations and POV’s to the client, actively promoting agency offerings to
clients
 

Partner closely with creative and integrated producer partners to ensure day-to-day
workflow
 

Seek out and
maintain
complete working knowledge of the assigned disease segment, products, and target
audiences
 

Work with strategy partners to develop creative briefs and strategic
plans
 

Act as a key contributor and coordinator of tactical brainstorming
 

Provide
accurate
and
timely
product forecasts,
managing
quarterly reconciliations and billing
.  
 

Work with integrated producer to build
SOW’s
 

Travel may be
required
for this role

The amount of travel will vary depending on business need and client requirements
