Opportunity
The Inventory Coordinator for Corporate Retail will work under limited supervision in the Retail Central Receiving warehouse. This position will assist with placing internal orders as well as orders for golf groups and corporate groups while providing the highest level of service in each touchpoint. The Inventory Coordinator will assist periodically with Central Receiving operations, including ticketing inventory, assisting with online sales, and delivery of items to multiple retail outlets. This position needs to have flexibility during the ‘off-season’ to pick up hours at other Kohler H&RE businesses to maintain full-time status (if applicable).
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES 
Balance daily workload to assist with the Corporate Retail team approximately 60% - 70% of the time and with the Central Receiving team the remaining time.  
Assist with the maintenance of daily records of shipments and invoices for management of product inventory levels.  
Assist Retail Sales Manager in meeting with golf groups or corporate contacts and align on specific retail requests. Retail Sales Manager to assign specifics duties, including quoting prices, ordering products, sharing samples/proofs, building purchase orders, receiving product, confirming logo validity, delivering to groups, and charging the product 
Assist the Retail Sales Manager or Senior Leadership by executing Corporate and Golf Group experiences and merchandise offerings.  
Assist Retail Sales Manager with managing the Kohler Associate Store, and by extension, collaborate with the golf online store staff to ensure product cohesion. 
Assist with the fulfillment, charge outs, shipping, reconciliation and accuracy of all Destination Kohler and Kohler Visa Gift Cards.  
Accept and record new shipments, at times signing for Fed Ex, UPS, and other carriers. 
Lead and oversee the maintenance of daily records of shipments and invoices for management of product inventory levels.  
Ensure all incoming orders are received against an approved Purchase Order through verification of product specification, price and quantities have been met. 
Generate and attach appropriate price tags/labels. 
Reject deliveries that do not meet Purchase Order specifications and inform applicable leadership. 
Work with retail leaders to coordinate the delivery of products to multiple retail outlets, using a company delivery vehicle. This includes loading and unloading products. 
In partnership with retail leaders, assist with price changes through applicable systems for display labels and through Point-of-Sale system(s). 
Assist retail leaders in preparing purchase orders and entering products into the Dataworks inventory system.  
Work directly with vendors regarding errors, pricing, duplicate or partial shipments.  
 
ENSURE PROFITABILITY AND SALES OBJECTIVES 
Continue to enhance and update the internal retail online store by collaborating with retail leadership and aligning with trends & processes within the H&RE operations 
Ensure that golf groups and corporate groups experience an elevated level of service that drives last partnerships and relationships with the guests in the groups  
Achieve financial goals and objectives and other measurable KPI’s. 
Ensure all orders are fulfilled, charged out and reconciled in a timely manner 
Drive continuous improvement through sharing ideas on better or different methodologies to drive sales and raise awareness of product offerings 
 
E-COMMERCE 
Primary processor for Corporate Retail e-commerce orders, ensuring accuracy with all touchpoints of the process. 
Operate as central point of customer service for all internal e-commerce orders 
Assist with the fulfillment, charge outs, shipping, reconciliation and accuracy of all Kohler Associate Store online purchases.  
Assist with the fulfillment, distribution and tracking of all Kohler Golf Academy Events sold through Kohler Collection website.
