Job Description:
You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the EMW S&T Division (WXV), Spectrum Warfare Dept. (WX) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13/14. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $137,000).
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluation program requirements to develop, plan and execute project schedule, budget and deliverable for improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will receive feedback from warfighters and interpret requirements to guide the direction of projects.
You will manage ~12 million dollar budget at NSWC Crane.
You will provide NSWC Crane management with information about future program direction and risk planning.
You will review OEM development efforts and make priority recommendations.
You will provide daily task management to a team, upon concurrence from branch and division manager.
You will prioritize external collaboration efforts.
You will provide project planning for requirements and budgets.
You will develop and manage project execution plan with branch manager.
You will provide customer communications on project status.
You will asses and report status/performance on project.
You will communicate changes in scope direction/budget to and from customer, project team, Leadership Team and TPM.
You will provide data to support data calls through division management, TPM, CA, branch manager.
You will perform gap analysis and identify gaps for assigned resources across assigned tasking.
