Specific Responsibilities:
Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if anySuggest food and beverages to the guest utilizing appropriate methods to upsell Take food and beverage orders from the guest and accurately enter into Point of sale (POS) systemGreets guests and presents them with the menu when applicableProcess payment transactionsClear and reset table settings and linens, as neededPerforming basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisorCommunicate to the guest and provide assistance with questionsCoordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfactionServe food and beverage per the course of orderObserves guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and servicePromptly respond to guest with any additional requestMaintain proper dining experience; delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glassesPrepare mixed drinks for service to your customers table when applicable (must be 18 or over and licensed)Understand and can communicate products and services available at the resortAssist with stocking and maintaining the restaurant par stock levels and side stationHelp other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and seating guests 
This is a part-time position working weekdays & weekends. Shifts vary between 4:30 am & 2:00 am.
