During the course of a year, The American Club’s Events & Experiences department. presents various programs, shows, and special events for our guests and community. The Wisconsin Holiday Market, Christmas Kohler, Women’s Wellness, The Teddy Bear Classic, The Antique Show, The Spring Garden Market, Frozen Fairways, and Flora Fields. In the event existing Kohler Co. associates are unavailable to assist with the various aspects of these special promotions, it becomes necessary to hire special events helpers to assist during times of need.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESCheck-in guests upon arrival, verify if resort guest or non-resort guests. Collect payment where applicable, and have all guests sign waivers and wear wristband.Track daily attendance.Check garbage cans and replace bags when full.Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all spaces.Daily set-up of activities and offerings. (Should be able to lift at least 20 lbs).Offer food and beverage service consisting of alcoholic and non-alcoholic canned offerings and small pre-packaged snacks.Restock food and beverage offerings and take daily inventory.Assist guests with directions and information. This may include providing an overview on the corn maze or telling guests about Flora Fields in general.Calling for shuttles for resort guests to return to the resort.Maintain presence outside near activities throughout shift.Monitor restroom trailer to ensure tidiness and replenish amenities as needed.End of shift cleaning of space (counters, tables, restroom trailer)Other duties as assigned
