Job Description:
You will serve as TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL) in the Spectrum Warfare Department, Technical Project Management Branch of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the hiring freeze. Although we are moving forward with the consideration of candidates, we will not make a selection unless and until the position is no longer subject to the hiring freeze.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing or evaluating technical project operation requirements to maintain project efficiency or effectiveness for an organization. You will be responsible for initiating, planning, monitoring, reparting and closeout of an assigned portfolio of projects.
You will maintain projects cost, schedule, and quality and participate in the customer feedback process in accordance with customer coverage models.
You will participate in workload, technical capabilities, strategic, and other planning development activities.
You will review project proposals for alignment to Crane Integrated Command strategy and Warfare Center Technical capabilities.
You will ensure cost estimates, definitive tasking, and statements of work are clearly defined between Crane and the customer relative to cost, quality, and schedule.
