Job Description:
You will serve as a FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Public Works Business (PLD) Director Line of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG SYSTEMS COMMAND PAC. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Development of performance work statement (PWS), statement of work (SOW), and independent government estimate (IGE); 2) Having knowledge of post award contract administration and performance assessment as Contracting Officer Representative or Performance Assessment Representative; and 3) Having knowledge of business/government contract planning, acquisition, and processes.
