Job Description:
You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Contracts Department (02), Technical Liaison Office Division (02T) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. NT-3 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-09 and GS-10. NT-2 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-05 to GS-08. PAY: NT-02: $46,148 - $82,305 NT-03: $69,923 - $100,097
NT-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-02 (GS-5-8 grade equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying analytical and evaluative techniques to identify and resolve government purchase card issues and ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, and processes for the success of the program. NT-02: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-01 (GS 1-4 grade equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: collecting and inputting data into electronic systems (e.g., Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP)) to assist in identifying and resolving issues. You will assist the Alternate Purchase Card Agency Program Coordinator (APC) in all purchase card program responsibilities.
You will perform a variety of data management and analysis tasks to include working with spreadsheets and in the vendor bank online system.
You will assist the APC in auditing purchase card documentation for fraud, waste, and abuse.
You will assist the APC in auditing and managing transaction compliance and program participant documentation.
