Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities 
Ability to operate low-complexity machinery and some high-complexity machinery and processes, at rate, while adhering to all quality and safety standards. 
Must be able to complete required paperwork as directed by leadership.                                                                                           
Frequent independent judgment required in making decisions on equipment.                 Required to keep production areas as safe and clean as possible.  
All other duties assigned as needed by supervisor.

Key Qualifications  
Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship. Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. 
Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications  
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 
1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
