Job Description:

You will serve as either a SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER, OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST, or COMPUTER SCIENTIST in the DIGITAL ANALYTICS INFRASTRUCTURE and TECHNOLOGY ADVANCEMENT GROUP, CYBER WARFARE DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as a manager or supervisor of Federal civilian employees, military or uniformed service employees, volunteers, or other non-contractor personnel; 2) Establishing short and long-term task priorities; 3) Determining work procedures and methods; 4) Preparing schedules for completion of work; and 5) Acting as a project or program manager for major system developments. You will oversee all activities of a Division under the Cyber Warfare Department.
You will technically and administratively supervise a professional work force of Scientists, Engineers, IT Specialists, and Military Officers.
You will set a strategic vision for the division in response to the command/department initiatives and vision.
You will serve as a senior technical expert in support of cyber technical warrant authorities.
You will be responsible for fiscal planning, management, and communication of the division’s resources (workforce and material).
You will review a variety of technical literature and studies, and attend professional conferences and seminars.
