Job Description:

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Corporate Operations Department (10), Human Resource Division (101), Labor and Employee Relations Branch (1014) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing recommendations on employee or labor relations programs to implement policies in compliance with applicable laws and regulations for an organization. You will be a Lead Human Resources Specialist serving as a technical expert in Labor and Employee Relations (LER) matters.
You will task and direct the work of lower-level Specialists.
You will serve as a management consultant/advisor in support of all LER programs, regarding applicable laws, regulations, policies, and processes.
You will make recommendations to executive leadership, senior managers, and supervisors related to conduct and performance issues as well as various union matters.
You will manage projects to implement new initiatives, program/policy changes, and process improvements.
You will collaborate with others internal to Crane and/or across Warfare Centers and NAVSEA.
You will address common concerns; share information, processes, and practices; and respond to data calls.
