Job Description:
You will serve as a Integrated Program Team Lead (IPTL)/International Lead in the SYSCOM SECURITY COOPERATION DEPT of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ability to clearly communicate with International partners via written and oral communications for the purpose of establishing requirements and executing programs 2) Demonstrated understanding of Foreign Military Sales programs to include disclosure, case development and case execution 3) Familiarity with the defense acquisition and program execution to include development of Statements of Work and the contractual procurement process Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). You will analyze needs and requirements information necessary for development of specific objectives for assigned program initiatives and for planning.
You will identify program office and competency area support needed to meet assigned program requirements and establish sub-tier Integrated Program teams and Team Leaders.
You will direct the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of technical, cost schedule, and performance objectives.
You will assure that all planning is fully integrated with the overall program team effort and that of any other participating services and agencies when necessary.
You will make the general business and technical management decisions for successful execution of the program.
You will apply the tools and techniques of process identification and continuous process improvement in addressing program management problems and issues.
You will serve as the central contact point within the program office for all matters concerning the program and establish and maintain relationships both within the organization and with relevant external groups
