You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the ???????Foreign Military Sales (FMS) of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Directing and/or performing program execution review, analysis, and appraisal of major operating and support programs; 2) Providing interpretive and analytical advice on financial transactions and program execution; 3) Coordinating the development and reporting of cost/performance information in support of mission tasks for the organization; 4) Serving as a liaison for budget, accounting, or financial management policy and procedures within the organization; and 5) Preparing briefs for senior managers on program execution and providing recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas. You will ensure the financial integrity, timeliness, accuracy and validity of supporting managerial accounting, budget execution, and financial management reports.
You will direct and/or performs continuing program execution review, analysis and appraisal of the major operating and support programs within the organization.
You will approve financial management policies within the organization based on DON policy and develops and issues implementing procedures. Ensures compliance with internal controls.
