You will serve as the DASH IPT Lead within the ES Department, with an official position title oF ENGINEER/SCIENTIST.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or ND-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. You will manage a center of excellence supporting multiple administrative and operational areas across the Navy by developing advanced dashboards and applications from the board room to the battlefield.
You will lead a cross-functional group of data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) experts leading the effort to revolutionize Naval decision-making.
You will manage the engineering, data science and computer science methods and techniques in assessing the feasibility of new concepts for project/program requirements.
You will manage the research, development, test, evaluation, engineering, integration and sustainment of complex enterprise services for DoD systems
You will represent the command within high level committees and groups with the responsibility and authority to defend the activity's position, influence resource allocation, and effect major changes to project(s)/program(s) goals.
You will manage high-ranking stakeholder requirements from external agencies which may include highly unstructured settings to justify, defend, negotiate, or settle matters involving significant or controversial issues.
You will manage the formulation of engineering, computer science and/or data science approaches of a major project(s)/program(s) extensive in scope to resolve a variety of technological problems.
