Job Description:
You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the TECHNICAL SECTION of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer designing, integrating, or sustaining a strategic weapon control system, performing technical management for requirement analysis, and works with leadership to develop new policies to achieve the organization's goals. You will direct assignments to encourage employee development and cross-functional growth to meet organizational needs.
You will assess and provide strategic direction for resolution of mission-critical problems, policies, and procedures.
You will work with senior management to establish new fundamental concepts and criteria and stimulate the development of new policies, methodologies, and techniques.
You will define, establish, and direct organizational focus on challenging and highly complex projects/programs.
You will prepare, review, and approve major reports or policies of organization for internal and external distribution.
You will assess and promulgate, fiscal, and other factors affecting customer and program/project needs.
You will work with customer at management levels to resolve problems affecting programs/projects
You will formulate organizational strategies, tactics, and budget/action plan to acquire and allocate resources.
You will develop and integrate innovative approaches to attain goals and minimize expenditures.
