You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Administrative Office of NAVBASE KITSAP SILVERDALE WA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing and/or modifying work methods, organizational structures, management processes, and program administration procedures to perform management analysis; 2) Determining whether requests for funds are proper, necessary, and timely; 3) Identifying and/or resolving budgetary, personnel, and resource management problems (i.e. development of alternative methods of funding, administration of budget execution plans, organizational restructuring, etc.); 4) Ensuring all applicable policies and procedures are implemented and executed for each program.
