Military Grades: Enlisted Only SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 1 year equivalent to at least next lower grade level. Specialized experience factors encompass human resources program's business competencies, familiarity with the subject matter or processes used in human resources programs associated with DoD, U.S. Army, or U.S. Air Force. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel. Must have experience planning, directing, and administering force support programs for wing military personnel and associate units. Must have experience and knowledge of the basic concepts, principles, and theories of military human resources management and the ability to adapt these to meet mission requirements of the state. Must have experience being responsible for programs associated with Base Services such as lodging, fitness, food service programs, recreational and special morale and welfare, etc.
As a SUPV HR SPEC (Military), GS-0201-12, you will serve as the supervisor over the Force Development, Commander's Support Staff, Sustainment Services Flight, Military Personnel Flight and Airman and Family Programs within the Force Support Squadron. May serve as the full-time representative of the Commander. This is an Air National Guard (ANG) Dual Status Technician position requiring military membership, compatible military skill assignment, and classification.
