Job Description:

You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Functional Integration Directorate (N5) of SURFCOMSYSTRNCMD DAHLGREN.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing leadership for developing, evaluating and monitoring processes and procedures to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of the directorate; 2) Managing the execution programs of broad scope and complexity involving management of cost, schedule, performance and technical aspects, analysis principles and practices that require the ability to interpret, select and extend pertinent precedents or guides relating to overall program objectives; 3) Performing life-cycle cost analyses and training assessments on the fleet integration of combat systems capabilities in support of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) issue development; and 4) Providing technical direction, advice, review, and evaluation of contractor work in developing engineering analysis and curriculum materials. You will provide leadership for developing, implementing, evaluating, and monitoring processes and procedures to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of the Directorate.
You will supervise employees and monitor their performance, providing guidance, resolving unusual situations, and ensuring adherence to safety and equal employment opportunity practices.
You will oversee and coordinate projects across the SCSTC command, assigning tasks, reviewing work and reports, resolving conflicts, and providing input on personnel actions to senior leadership.
You will serve as the Senior Manager for complex programs, assuming responsibility for planning and determining approaches and methods to meet broad objectives.
You will represent SCSTC on the NAVSEA Program Executive Officer (PEO) IWS award fee board, evaluating contractor performance and helping determine appropriate award levels.
You will direct personnel in evaluating test results, provide test data to project engineers, and prepare development and production status/testing plans aligned with system life cycles and command objectives.
