Provide technical support to customers at our Solutions bar, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the support system.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and support processes.
This role is working onsite at our Mountain View office working at our Technical Solutions bar helping our customers with their technical issues. Meeting Support is also required in our conference rooms as well as project support, inventory management and other technical related duties.
