Job Description:

You will serve as a Human Resources Assistant (Military) in the Manpower Management Division of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
GS-06: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector reviewing, verifying, and processing requests in an automated system while ensuring that documents comply with legal and regulatory requirements and also meet customer needs GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing procedural and clerical work to support military personnel programs, operations, and functions (e.g., training, separation, etc.). You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
You will manage records requests for the Marine Corps, including ordering, processing, tracking, and maintaining accountability.
You will analyze and research issues, coordinate resolution, provide response, take action or forward for appropriate action.
You will ensure all documents are compliant and legible for inclusion.
You will respond to written requests and walk-in customers regarding modifications within a member's record or to identify active, former, and reserve status Marines.
