Job Description:

You will serve as an ADMINSITRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the DIGITAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER Port Hueneme Division. The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoD hiring freeze. Offers of employment related to this vacancy announcement will not be executed until the position has an approved exemption.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: utilizing logistics management tools and databases (e.g. Enterprise Resource Planning, Data Environment, One Touch) to review technical documentation, analyze integrated logistics support (ILS) requirements, and develop life-cycle logistics support plans and documentation to ensure efficient and effective program operations. You will prepare, coordinate and integrate the identification, development, acquisition and delivery of requirements and resources for assigned programs.
You will assist in development of supporting data and provides comprehensive planning information, preliminary and complete plans, recommendations, alternatives, impact statements and letters of certification.
You will assist management and technical personnel in accomplishing program office tasking.
You will identify the specific requirements for money, manpower, material, facilities, and services needed to support the program correlating those requirements with program plans to assure needed support
You will prepare analytical evaluations and/or reviews on proposed or existing technical documentation ot assigned equipment.
