You will serve as working leader over the water treatment and distribution system to include production wells, booster pumping stations, reservoirs, treatment plants, main and service lateral pipelines, and associated appurtenances.
You will give instructions received from supervisor to other workers. Starts work projects by assigning tasks to be performed by individual members of the group led.
You will review and analyze work accomplishments, assesses work progress, and anticipates and avoids possible problems by recommending corrective action to supervisor.
You will evaluate work progress and examines completed work and inspection reports to assure that standards are met.
You will check work in progress and for compliance with supervisors instructions on work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines.
You will follow written instructions supplied by the supervisor or by the Shift Operator on the previous shift.
You will monitor and/or operates a highly complex central computer controlled SCADA system and ancillary electronic equipment to regulate process and flow of water.
You will review and reconcile daily plant operational data sheets and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy of water quality data and production in accordance with regulatory reporting requirements.
