Job Description:
You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT (STUDENT CONTROL) of NAVDIVESALVTRCEN.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Utilize automated data systems managing information and data (i.e. Corporate enterprise Training Activity Resources System (CETARS), Salesforce); 2) Provide administrative travel support by processing entitlements and applying travel regulations; 3) Initiate and track medical screenings, transfers, documents, as well as enlisted and officer evaluations and fitness reports; and 4) Prepare various correspondence, reports, and maintaining files and records in accordance with records management procedures. You will maintain office files, records, and other environmental documents for an office.
You will create database to record levels of military periodic fitness reports or evaluation cycle.
You will answer routine, non-technical general inquiries from telephone calls and visitors.
You will resolve travel voucher reimbursement discrepancies to ensure appropriate parties get paid.
You will apply regulatory guidance to ensure compliance with specific travel requirements.
You will advise customers of regulations and standards to ensure applications are submitted correctly.
