Job Description:

You will serve as a Plant Maintenance Manager in the Facility and Infrastructure Management Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing the complete range of industrial maintenance execution requirements including reactive maintenance, preventive maintenance, proactive maintenance, inspection, testing, etc. of a variety of production machinery, industrial equipment, and utilities; 2) Reviewing emerging workload requirements and determine the number of workers, skill sets, equipment, facilities, materials, and tools needed to execute workload; 3) Ensuring that the quality management system is established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with the International Standard for Quality Management Systems; 4) Determining the appropriate placement of resources using Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles; 5) Utilizing subordinate supervisors to control and manage a variety of maintenance work functions to ensure maximum equipment reliability and readiness while fulfilling the mission of the organization; 6) Determining personnel actions to be accomplished, such as promotions, demotions, appointments, discipline, leave, performance ratings, reassignments, and other supervisory responsibilities. You will report on the performance of the quality management system to the Industrial Plant Maintenance Division management for review and improvement of the quality of the system.
You will participate in planning meetings and discussions concerning schedule and status of priority workload.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the work, serve as a point of contact for all customer relations, and resolving all quality, timeliness, and accuracy issues.
You will review emerging workload requirements and determines the number of workers, skill sets, equipment, facilities, materials, and tools needed to execute workload.
You will identify developmental and training needs of employees, provide or arrange needed training, and evaluate performance.
