Incumbent serves as the Chief, Security Management Division for Headquarters, DoDEA.
Responsible for the oversight of all Security Programs.
Represents the DoDEA Director on Security Programs at committee boards and working groups.
Serves as the Agency focal point for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and career development/progression.
Oversees the development of Agency-level Security plans.
Conducts staff assistance and security assessment visits to DoDEA facilities.
Develops performance standards and evaluates work performance.
Exercises discretionary authority to approve the allocation and distribution of funds affecting the organization's budget.
