To qualify at the GS-11 level: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 in the Federal service. The specialized experience requirement is defined as follows: Analysis and/or application of US Antidumping/Countervailing Duty (AD/CVD) laws; Application of international financial and business concepts to US AD/CVD law; Preparing briefings, correspondence, reports, and/or memoranda related to AD/CVD law; and Conducting research, gathering evidence, performing analysis and presenting findings related to AD/CVD law -OR SUBSITUTION OF EDUCATION: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. -OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE.
As an International Trade Compliance Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Assist in the preparation of oral presentations which reflect issues raised by Stakeholders and Teams. Assist in the analysis and evaluation of data; attend meetings, briefings and hearings; assist with data verification. Enforce US AD/CVD Laws through proceedings by performing analysis and research and implementing results. Assist in the research and analysis of US AD/CVD related regulations and make recommendations.
