Key Requirements:
Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Consultant responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems.
This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
You will research, gather, and synthesize information while being expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
Develop process maps and documentation to illustrate current and future state processes.
Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions effectively.
Provide training and support to team members on new processes and systems.
