This position is part of the Agency Support Operations, Government Publishing Office in Washington, District of Columbia.
Employee will work shift 1. To qualify for the Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, PG - 0343 - 14 , you must meet the following requirements: Specialized Experience: Specialized experience is defined as: possessing at least (1) year of specialized experience at the PG-13 (or equivalent) level or higher in federal service. Examples of qualifying specialized experience include: 1) Providing leadership, direction and coordination for the following functions: planning and budgeting, maintenance and renovation, and contractual service agreements; AND 2) Tracking an organization's construction portfolio, financial and budgetary processes, and building management programs; AND 3) Identifying and integrating significant internal and external program and policy issues affecting Facilities Management and relaying to various other management and team members. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement (09/03/2025) to be considered.
Serves as FM's liaison with GPO's Finance Directorate and responds to all questions from the Finance Directorate.
Continually monitors actual expenditures and compares spending with planning levels. Recommends reprogramming of funds.
Advises the Chief of Facilities on the status of fiscal resources and future requirements.
Serves as Facilities Management's point of contact for the development of Lease Management Policy. Provides policy oversight and administers GPO's Tenant Management Plan.
