You will serve as a TAP & EMPLOYMENT READINESS SPECIALIST in the Family Readiness Division of NAVSUBASE KINGSBAY.

You will facilitate and provide operational management and oversight of Transition Assistance Program services for transitioning military members and/or family members, retirees, reservists, and DoD civilian members.
You will facilitate classes for customers on applying professional analytical skills and negotiation techniques to identify job opportunities.
You will oversee the recruitment, screening, placement, orientation, support, recognitions, and evaluation of Fleet and Family Support Center volunteers.
You will maintain a library or resource center of current TAP and FERP information, curriculum, and resources and provide service members with authorized physical or digital materials.
